• What’s in the QuicKeys Test Drive version?
QuicKeys Test Drive lasts for six months and consists of two major components: premade shortcuts for best-selling applications and a special version of Instant QuicKeys for creating your own shortcuts.
The premade shortcuts simplify routine operations, including those that take more than one step. Read the documentation in the Test Drive folder on your hard drive to see what all the shortcuts can do, and then start using them. You will soon see how QuicKeys makes doing multi-step operations quick and easy.
The Try Instant QuicKeys section teaches you how to create many of the types of shortcuts you can use in any application. Shortcuts that will open applications, enter prewritten text, select printers and much more—all created with Instant QuicKeys.
• What’s Great About the Full Version of QuicKeys?
The full version of QuicKeys gives you the freedom and flexibility to create hundreds of shortcuts that work immediately. Your shortcuts can be as complicated or as simple as you want—they can work in all applications, in only one application or even tie several applications together. Shortcuts can be integrated with other scripting solutions or call on Apple Events™ to perform actions in one or more applications on your Macintosh or even across a network.
Plus, the full version of QuicKeys lets you customize shortcut triggers. You can use keystrokes, menus, the QuickReference Card, QK Icons or assign the shortcuts to SoftKeys Palettes. You can even launch the actions by timers to work at any time of the day or night. The possibilities of what you can do with the full version of QuicKeys are virtually endless. That's what makes QuicKeys the leading Macintosh productivity tool.
